So I tried my fitness pal app yesterday. This was my results. I figured I always ate enough but apparently not. And it’s not like I don’t want to lose weight but eating like I did wont help. This isn’t a good sign. Not sure what to do at this point. Any suggestions?

Hard to give recommendations when we don’t know what you ate to get this result…but if you aren’t eating them regularly, try more nuts (ex. walnuts) and oily fish (ex. salmon). They’re high in good fats which will raise your overall caloric intake.

For me, I’ve always found exercising is the way to go, especially weight lifting. Whether at the gyn(I need to join one again) or at home, it works and helps me to fall asleep. And as for eating, I eat whatever lol.

keep healthy snacks around! I eat pretty much constantly. baked chips, grapes, granola, pretzels, the like. that will help you consume calories and keep your metabolism going :)
