Morning all!
I think I am doing better now. Thanks everyone for your input last time. :)Been snacking on almonds and fruits more this week. Basically eating a snack when I feel a little hungry between meals.
Since I’ve also been using Spark People, I followed the suggestion of measuring out my servings. It was an eye opener. Some things I was under serving myself, and others just having a little too much. Been keeping at exercising indoors and out doors based on the weather. At least 30 mins to 1hr.
It’s only been the first week though x3 but it’s crazy how I gained a lot of weight since I moved. >_< Anyway my next posts will be art involved. Probably talking about my art plans for the year and blah blah blah.
